Microsoft Office Access performs various functions some of them are:

There are many steps to create a Microsoft Office 2007 they are:

1) A database name has to be specified. Name should be specified at File Name.
Ex: Database 1.

2) There are two different views they are

a) Datasheet view

b) Design view.

3) Selecting Datasheet view you would be presented with a Table 1 with an added ID and Fields. These tables will be filled with data. Data can be saved and viewed.
